SANTONIO HOLMES IS PLEASED TO WELCOME TWO JUNIOR GOLF CHAMPIONS, ASHLEY SHAW, AGE 13 AND XEVE PEREZ, AGE 12 TO PARTICIPATE IN HIS MILLION DOLLAR SUPERBOWL GOLF TOURNAMENT FEB 11. IN PHOENIX, AZ (AVONDALE)

Santonio Holmes, former Pittsburgh Steeler and Super Bowl XLIII MVP, today announced that 13-year-old Ashley Shaw and 12-year-old Xavier “Xeve” Perez will participate in his Super Bowl golf tournament hosted and managed by Greenwood Golf and Jim Beatty Golf Ventures. These exceptional junior golfers will participate in the Youth Clinic and Ryder Cup format scramble to be held on Saturday, February 1. 11 at Coldwater Golf Course in the town of Avondale
Santonio said the inclusion of these two exceptional young players will serve to encourage young people from all walks of life to participate in golf as well as pursue their dreams and aspirations. These young champions have collectively won nearly 300 tournaments during their careers
They will showcase their talents and skills while performing with current and former entrepreneurs, business leaders, celebrities, professional athletes. Ashley and Xeve will serve as inspiration and role models for young people nationwide
The event is a fundraiser for Holmes’ 10AllIn Foundation, which is dedicated to changing the lives of underprivileged children through educational and career opportunities, along with community outreach. The foundation strives to teach young people science, technology, engineering, arts and math skills while learning the game and business of golf as a career choice. He and lifelong friend and nationally recognized mental health expert Jimmie Vincent founded the nonprofit originally to help young people in their hometown of Belle Glade, Florida. The 3-year-old organization is now expanding nationwide.

ABOUT ASHLEY SHAW
Ashley Shaw is 13 years old. She is the first women’s champion on the 2022 Underrated Golf Tour presented by NBA superstar Stephen Curry. She is the 2022 Arizona Golf Association Women’s Match Play Champion and the 2022 Arizona Girls Match Play Champion. She was a two-time Arizona Junior Golf Association Player of the Year, a two-time first Phoenix Player of the Year. Ashley is currently ranked 1st in Arizona for her promotion and in the top 20 worldwide for her promotion according to the Junior Golf Scoreboard.
Ashley loves meeting new people, she loves the thrill of constantly overcoming new challenges, and of course the sound the club makes when she hits the ball just right!
Ashley wants to be a professional golfer who inspires others to be great citizens, stay positive and overcome challenges. She is working towards that goal today and was recently selected to receive the Inaugural First Tee of Phoenix Ambassador Award for her contributions to growing the game by volunteering and returning.

ABOUT XEVE PEREZ
Xeve Perez was born on March 22, 2010. Xeve is the son of Miguel Perez (US Army Retired) of Dorado Puerto Rico and Christine Sauer of Salem, Alabama. Xeve started playing golf at the tender age of two and started competing at the age of three. In 7 years of competition, Xeve has won more than 250 tournaments and is considered one of the best promising junior golfers in the country. Here are some of Xeve’s accomplishments to date:
3-4 years old: Palmetto Junior Golf Tour 2014 Champion of the spring, summer and autumn seasons (age group 5-7 years old).

10 years :
Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, Georgia Junior Open 11-13 Division Champion. 2020- GSGA (Georgia State) 12-14 Division Player of the Year, 2020 All Georgia Junior Team selection. Won 9 out of 10 tournaments entered. Won the Fall Season Invitational Championship and Junior Tour. 12-14 years old 2021 Finalist at the Mack Champ invitational, Houston Texas. Age 11-12 2021 US Kids Golf Spring Season Champion. 3rd place. Age 11 2021 US Kids Georgia State Championship Finalist. 11 years old 2021 Youngest player to have participated in the International Junior Masters. (money steal for 3rd place). 14-18 2021 VGA Georgia State Champion (Family Flight) All Ages
Due to COVID -19 restrictions, we have had limited tournament opportunities in 2021.
In 2022, Xeve participated in several tournaments mainly with players 6 to 10 years older than him. This was done to help him better understand course management.
He played at the International Junior Masters between the ages of 15 and 19,
The Porter Cup (most players play in College Division 1 programs) and
the Junior Elite Invitational (most players are enrolled in college golf programs.
Xeve won the Augusta Junior open age14-16 2022,
qualification for the Veterans Golfers’ Association World Championship, and
VGA Finals 2022 (family flight).
In 2022, Xeve became the youngest and only junior player to sign NIL deals with big brands. Xeve represented by GSE Worldwide, has signed agreements with Puma Golf, Cobra Golf, Oncore Golf, Jumbomax, Easypost, Pogust and Goodhead and Lab Golf.
Xeve has been featured on the NBC Today Show, Steve Harvey Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, The Charlie Rymer Show (ESPN),
Stories about Xeve have also appeared on over a dozen TV news platforms and social media sites. Xeve is also the Junior Ambassador for the Veteran Golfers Association and its 14,000 members.
Xeve’s dreams and aspirations are to one day play college golf at Wake Forest University and then become a PGA Tour professional.
