Nintendo Will Reportedly “Boost” Switch Production In 2023

The Switch is still selling like there’s no tomorrow and it looks like Nintendo won’t be slowing down production any time soon.
According to a new report from Bloomberg, the Kyoto-based gaming giant actually plans to ‘scale up production’ of the hybrid machine in its sixth year after moving about 21 million systems in the previous fiscal year. . Although it lowered its sales forecast to 19 million last November, the company is now apparently “convinced” that it can make more units.
The same report, looking for “people familiar with the matter”, goes on to explain how Nintendo has already informed “suppliers and assembly partners” of its intention to “produce” even more Switch units over the course of the year. upcoming fiscal year, starting in April.
