Who are the players who will compete in the 2023 NBA All-Star Rising Stars game?

NBA All-Star Weekend is only a few weeks away, with the usual events like the Slam Dunk Contest, NBA 3-Point Contest, Skills Challenge and Jordan Rising Star Game set to take place in Utah. from February 17, 2023.
On Tuesday, the NBA released the roster of games, including rookies, sophomores and NBA G League players. The three-game mini-tournament will consist of 28 players; 11 rookies, 10 sophomores and seven NBA G League players.
Of those NBA players, 21 will be drafted across three teams, with the seven league-selected G League players rounding out the fourth team.
