College football recruiting rankings 2023: Top classes emerge during National Signing Day

USATSI

With 48 of the top 50 high school football prospects already signed before the traditional National Signing Day even begins on Wednesday, Alabama, Georgia and Texas are looking to battle for the top of the heap when it comes to the Class of 2023. The Crimson Tide open National Signing Day ranks first in the 247Sports Composite team rankings, and while they’re expected to keep that better billing, a lot may change elsewhere on Wednesday.

The Bulldogs, for example, have a few key goals set to make decisions. The Longhorns are looking to finish with their best recruiting class in ages, while Ohio State and Oklahoma come into the day rounding out the top five — though that could change as the day goes on, too.

Check out the top 10 classes below, and be sure to stick with us throughout National Signing Day, as these rankings will likely change. Click the link at the end of the table to see where your team ranks if it’s not in the top 10.
