RICHMOND, Ky. — EKU head football coach Walt Wells today announced the addition of seven additional recruits to the program’s 2023 signing class, giving the Colonels 27 newcomers to the class . The new signers consist of two running backs, two tight ends, a linebacker, an offensive lineman and a safety. Three of the incoming colonels are from Kentucky, while three are from Tennessee and one is from Florida.
“We are thrilled to have these young men join our EKU football family,” Wells said. “This group has the ability to excel both on and off the football field. These seven student-athletes will be a great addition to our program and help us continue to push EKU football to the level we want to achieve. “
