As the end of National Signing Day unfolded across the college football landscape, Houston secured the commitment of one of the highest-ranked signers in program history. Harrison-Pilot is Houston’s highest-ranked signing in the Class of 2023, and according to 247Sports, he’s the fourth-highest-ranked signing on the team in the recruiting services era. He sits behind only Ed Oliver (2016), Deontay Greenberry (2012) and Tren’Davian Dickson (2016). That pairing, combined with the signing of Klein Forest running back Parker Jenkins, marks the first time the Cougars have landed a trio of four-star players in a skill position in a single class.
