The first day of February means that WNBA free agency is now open and deals can be signed.
The teams began the process of negotiating the deals on January 21. Breanna Stewart announced Wednesday that she will sign with the New York Liberty, with contract details yet to be finalized. Candace Parker announced during the period that she would be signing with the defending champion Las Vegas Aces.
There are more deals to be had ahead of the 2023 regular season starting in May.
