The sports comedy-drama follows the journey of an American football coach who is given the role of coaching and managing a struggling London football team, AFC Richmond. The protagonist, Ted Lasso played by Jason Sudeikis, however, lacks the skills and knowledge on the game quite disparate.

The popular soccer show has also caught the eye of Canadian beauty Eugenie Bouchard. Notably, the 28-year-old tennis player recently took to her Instagram to share her excitement over the American sports web series.

She added a caption, “Finallyyyy starting Ted Lasso!!!” while she also shared a snapshot from the show.

Bouchard was impressed when she took note of another “Eugenie” in the British royal family.
