Prepare For Hogwarts Legacy With New Launch Trailer

Hogwarts Legacy is finally out next week, after several delays that pushed it out of its original 2021 release date into 2023. And you can prepare for the game’s release with a new gameplay launch trailer released by the developer Avalanche Software today.

The trailer features approximately two and a half minutes of new footage from Hogwarts Legacy, including a mix of in-game and gameplay cutscenes. We see Hogsmeade, teachers, students and lots of Hogwarts, of course.

“Hogwarts Legacy invites players to embark on an epic journey as a fifth-year Hogwarts student with a rare ability to tap into ancient and powerful magic,” reads a press release. “Guided by the Magician’s Field Guide and unique instructions from professors and other characters, fans will discover a compelling story filled with thrilling challenges and mysteries.”

Hogwarts Legacy will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on February 10, and for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on April 4. The Switch version of the game will be released on July 25.
