What You Need to Know Before Changing Apple App Store Country

Before changing the country of your App Store, there are a few things you should consider first.
If you are in a Family Sharing plan and you live in a different country than the other members of the plan, it will not be possible to change your App Store country. Some apps are restricted to certain countries or geographic regions. This means that if you change countries in the App Store, these apps may stop working, disappear completely from your device, or at the very least stop receiving future updates. This also applies to books, music, TV shows and music. You must cancel all your active paid subscriptions and wait until the end of the subscription period. Any subscriptions, pre-orders, movie rentals, or season passes must also be completed first, and any pending store credit refunds must be processed. Changing to another country will most likely mean changing to another currency, which could mean a higher price than you are used to paying. On the other hand, you might end up paying less if you’re lucky. For the country you are going to, you must enter a valid billing address and a valid payment method based in that country. Foreign payment methods will probably not be accepted. One solution is to pay with a PayPal balance. The PayPal account could be registered in another country, and Apple probably won’t notice. You will lose any remaining credit balance in your iCloud account. Therefore, make sure to use it before changing countries. How to Change Apple App Store Country
We’ll explain how to do this on both an iOS device and a MacBook. For the iOS device, we’ll show an iPhone, but obviously it’s the same on an iPad.
iOS Go to Settings and tap your name at the top of the screen. Tap Media & purchases. This will bring up a menu at the bottom of the screen. Select View Account. You will be prompted to sign in. Now select Country/Region. If you have any active subscriptions, it will ask you to end them first. Then select the country you want to switch to. Pretend to read the terms and conditions, then tap Accept. Enter your new billing address and payment method. Save your changes and exit. MacBook
If you prefer to do it on the MacBook, open the Music app. Then go to Account > Account Settings. You will be asked to sign in to your Apple ID.
Under Account Information, click Change country or region.
The rest is then identical to the iOS method. Cancel all active subscriptions, change country, accept terms and conditions and add your new address and billing method.
