Kate Beckinsale Has Six-Pack Abs And Toned Legs In Bikini IG Pics

Kate Beckinsale rocked totally toned abs in a recent Instagram post as she hung out at the beach. In the photos, the 49-year-old actress wore a tiny bikini that accentuated her strength these days. When it comes to working out, Kate usually opts for a VersaClimber or a rowing machine.
Kate Beckinsale is still a glamor queen, but she may have outdone herself with her latest snap. The 49-year-old model posed in the sand wearing a white cover-up, a tiny bikini and a hugely oversized hat. While the beach setting was certainly stunning, it was also hard to ignore how toned Kate’s abs and legs looked in her outfit.
“Say hello to falsetto in three, two, swag,” Kate captioned the photo, referencing Justin Bieber’s song, “Boyfriend.” Actor Jonathan Voluck also appears in the photos, covered in sand all over except his buttocks. It’s definitely a look.
People looked great in this comedic photo, and Kate’s friends and fans added all kinds of encouraging compliments in the comments. “Don’t change,” one person wrote, while another fan simply wrote, “Suns out, buns out!” 😁,” which I think sums up everything everyone is thinking.
If you want to know how she gets so strong, I’m here for you. The first thing to know is that Kate is known for her serious work at the gym.
Specifically, she sweats it out with trainer Brad Siskind, who works at celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson’s gym. Kate told Women’s Health that she works out at least six mornings a week. And Siskind added that they were wasting no time. “The whole hour is work,” he said.
During their workouts together, Kate usually starts with a full body workout consisting of eight compound exercises. Each exercise works two muscle groups at the same time so she gets the most out of each session. Movements include bicep curls with a squat and sit-ups with combination punches. Work smarter, not harder, you like to see it.
After this routine, Kate moves on to a 90- to 120-second interval cardio workout on a rowing machine or the VersaClimber, a tall, lean cardio machine with handles and rests that help you do moves that mimic rock climbing. Then she starts at the top with the same eight exercises, adding heavier weights, bands, and faster reps.
It takes Kate about 45 minutes to cross two circuits. When she’s done, she tops it all off with some extra interval cardio using a rubber inertia wave or single-leg pushups on a curved Skillmill treadmill.
If there was any doubt, Kate is *super* strong and works hard for those strength gains. Keep crushing it, girl!
