Florida High School Football Recruiting News

Florida State has a diverse and extravagant college football recruiting culture. From Pensacola to Miami, it’s a state loaded with prep football talent that has many events, and sometimes several big news in a 24-hour period.
This ongoing article is a one-stop-shop for recruiting information, including recruit interviews, as well as information for prospects who announce visitation plans, dates of engagement, and their actual decisions about college, among many traditional subjects.

Heading to Under Armor All-American Game practice shortly to see plenty of prospects go head-to-head. There will be updates on several Florida State prospects.
Speaking of which, it will be fun to see UCF signee John Walker mix and match with some top talent during UA practice.
The 6-foot-4, 310-pound Walker played for Kissimmee (Florida) Osceola. He is expected to have an immediate impact on the Knights.

One of Florida’s best, Darren “Goldie” Lawrence, is the player in the video below. He is from Sanford (Florida) Seminole and had many college offers including Florida, UCF, Miami, Louisville, West Virginia, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech and Pittsburgh, and decided to sign with Florida State .
Lawrence is one of the most competitive young men a person can meet. Good luck to him in Tallahassee.

Class of 2025 rookie Jaime Ffrench is an obvious Power 5 prospect, based on his play during seven-on-seven action only, for at least two years.
He also did well for Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin. Ffrench has been playing since his first season.
He snatches the ball in the air like a tall receiver, and also has the moves to gain a lot of yards after the catch.
